All we need to know is exactly what you are after and we will tell you if we can accommodate your ideas, nothing is impossible and we would be delighted to help you achieve the result you are after for your building and whatever you require it for. Cost Effective Supply
Our aim is to give you the most cost effective Buildings are supplied flat packed to your site, thus giving you the choice on how much you spend on building it.
Architectural drawings, a build manual (specific to your design), and also a load list will be provided prior to delivery.
Engineering certification/steel framework calculations can be supplied (price on application) if your local building control require this (SER certification for Central Scotland as well).

All of our steel buildings are manufactured here in the UK by A. Steadman & Son (Part of the SIG Group) who are CE and ISO accredited, ensuring you receive the highest quality of materials and service
Our steel buildings are designed for a 50-year design life, complete with the relevant warranties you would expect.
Using cold rolled steel that gives a high tensile, durable and very strong build for less weight than traditional construction methods means we can deliver the steel buildings direct to you included in the price we quote you.
Architectural drawings for the whole aspect of the unit, base slab, elevations, roof and floor plan are included with every purchase so you needn’t worry if you don’t have a clue where to start, these detailed drawings will show you everything you need to know if you are erecting the building yourself.
